Gateway Flats at Manhattan Harbour- Dayton, KY

Marque Engineering provided full MEP design on this 76-apartment, 4-story development in the Manhattan Harbor district located along the Ohio River in Dayton, KY. This development incorporated two separate 4 story buildings and 7 different apartment types. This project involved extensive electrical utility coordination, which entailed bringing in a new electrical service to a utility transformer. The transformer fed a switchboard and meter center, which was located on the P1 parking level.  This project also included site lighting with phometrics to assure lighting levels were adhered to.
