Rossville Flats

Rossville Flats is a luxury community located across the river from downtown Hamilton, OH. These modern garden-style apartments are found in the historic district of Rossville and within walking distance of many businesses and restaurants. Marque Engineering completed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the apartments.

The complex stands 4-stories tall, consisting of over 60,000 square feet in residential space. Additionally, there are two retail tenants which comprise around 20,000 square feet. The mechanical scope utilizes high efficiency split systems while the plumbing includes high efficiency water heaters and traditional fixtures. As a part of the electrical scope, LED lighting was utilized, which resulted in energy savings of 37.1% better than code.
