Located in Lebanon, OH, this new $25 million development in Lebanon, Ohio consists of (2) 44-unit apartment buildings and (2) 14-unit townhome buildings with 10,000 square feet in commercial lease space for future development. Marque Engineering worked with a local architect to provide full MEP engineering on the apartment buildings and townhomes, including the site lighting.

This project was completed in 2 phases, which included high efficiency split systems for the mechanical engineering and high efficiency water heaters and traditional fixtures for the plumbing. The electrical scope included extensive underground utility distribution for all buildings in the development.
