Oakley Greens - Cincinnati, OH

Marque Engineering was proud to contribute to the development of Oakley Greens, a state-of-the-art entertainment facility located in the Oakley Station development of Cincinnati, OH. Spanning over 20,000 square feet on approximately 3 acres, this vibrant venue includes two bars, a stage, private party cabanas, a 36-hole miniature golf course, a kids’ play area, (3) food and beverage vendors with a fullservice kitchen, and a merchandise shop.

Engineering services included implementing a comprehensive networked lighting control system featuring RGB tap lighting beneath the bar and inside the party cabanas. Additionally, a robust 1000 AMP service was provided, and a dedicated 200 AMP power disconnect to support touring artists on the main stage. In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, we installed 135 LED fixtures, achieving 85% code savings in the lighting section. The project also features waterless urinals, delivering 100% water savings per flush compared to standard urinals. Through these energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, we helped Oakley Greens create a dynamic and eco-conscious entertainment space.
