The flexibility and closeness of working for a small company with a tight knit group of engineers.

Favorite project worked on at MQE:

Sugar Creek Boiler expansion because I got to do a lot of code research into how combustion air work and wrote up a detailed report to the client determining the feasibility of all 5 code approved methods for combustion air. After substantial completion I was also invited back to do my first punch list for a large-scale industrial project.
