CityBird is a Thunderdome Group fast casual restaurant serving up chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, house made sauces, salads & sides since 2017. Each location is approximately 2000 SF and currently has 8 locations (plus 2 additional opening soon) in 4 states. Marque Engineering has partnered with Drawing Department and Thunderdome Group since 2019 to provide MEP services for 6 locations. MEP scope typically entails new or modifications to existing HVAC equipment with new hoods with associated exhaust to accommodate the gas fired cooking equipment and full-service kitchen. In addition to the front-of-house make line, each location typically has a large dining room, restrooms, and service areas to complete the space. Each location utilizes high efficiency LED lighting with enhanced lighting controls throughout.
