Epic Flight Academy - Erlanger, KY

At the forefront of aviation education and training, Epic Aviation Flight Academy recently unveiled its new state-of-the-art training facility at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, KY.

Marque Engineering lead the charge in MEP Engineering solutions, as well as fire alarm and fire protection schematic services. This project includes both building and site lighting, which had to follow strict airport guidance for exterior lighting levels. This project also includes new LED lighting throughout the classroom and office areas and High Bay LED lighting for the hanger area. The hangar, which is used for aircraft maintenance training, utilizes unit heaters and exhaust fans for heating and summer ventilation. The HVAC includes a single ground mounted rooftop unit with vav boxes for the offices and classrooms. Plumbing includes new restrooms in the office/classroom area and hand sinks and emergency eye wash/safety showers in the hanger.
