Milkman
Milkman is a 2,000 square foot retro-styled restaurant themed as a classic diner with a modern twist. This restaurant is best known for their juicy burgers and boozy shakes. Working with the Pesola Hospitality Group, Marque Engineering provided full MEP engineering to the existing restaurant space, which included the addition of service areas to the basement for an additional 700 square feet.
