Mercy Health Urgent Care - Cincinnati, OH

Marque Engineering provided full MEP design services for the new 4854 SF Mercy Health Urgent Care which was located in Cherry Grove Plaza in Cincinnati, OH. The urgent care includes 8 exam rooms, an x-ray room, and multiple lab and office spaces.

Plumbing included Domestic water, including a hot water return system, sanitary and vent for new restrooms, lab sink and exam room sinks. Natural gas was utilized to feed the rooftop units as well as the gas fired water heater.

HVAC included the utilization of a 10 ton and 7-1/2 ton gas fired rooftop unit with distribution ductwork throughout. A ductless split system was utilized for the data room. An exhaust fan maintains negative pressure in the soiled linen room and the clean linen room is positively pressurized.

A new CT cabinet, disconnect switch and new 42 pole panel was added to the existing 2 panels. New power and LED lighting was added throughout. Special electrical requirements were utilized for the x-ray machine.
