16 Lots Southern Outpost

This 8,000-square-foot brewery and restaurant is located at Newport on the Levee and offers scenic views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati Skyline. Dubbed the Southern Outpost, the location has a nautical theme and features a 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio, live music venue, speakeasy lounge, and a full-service restaurant. The MEP scope entailed rework of the existing HVAC equipment, hoods, and associated exhaust to accommodate the full-service kitchen and dining areas.  Engineers were also involved with designing the process piping for the boilers and brewing equipment to provide a fully functioning taproom.  Additionally, there were new restrooms and service areas added to complete the space, which utilizes high efficiency LED lighting throughout.
