Popeyes - Various Locations

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken is one of the world’s largest chicken quick service fast-food chains. The New Orleans’s style menu is full of a variety of spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, and other regional items. Marque Engineering provides full-scale MEP  engineering for numerous locations nationwide. Our engineering and design for a typical Popeyes prototype is around 2,900 SF. Our site adapt for these restaurant prototypes are very fast passed throughout the entire engineering, designing, and construction process. Our MEP includes designing the HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing of the facility. We also take the existing utilities and upgrade them as needed, as well as add a grease interceptor and a sanitary vent to the kitchen area.
