March First Brewery - Cincinnati, OH
Marque Engineering led the MEP design for March First Brewing, a 10,000-square-foot brewery located in downtown Cincinnati’s Fountain Square. The project included the restaurant, tasting room, kitchen, and bourbon lounge, transforming the former Rock Bottom Brewing space. Opening in August 2023, March First Brewing now offers a diverse selection of 36 taps featuring craft beers, seltzers, and artisanal cocktails, delivering an exceptional dining and beverage experience.
