Dunkin - Ohio and Kentucky

Dunkin’ is the largest coffee and donuts brand in the United States, in which Marque Engineering has provided engineering services for multiple new-builds and renovation projects across Ohio and Kentucky. Professional engineering services include HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and upgrading existing utilities as needed. Coordination is also required for elements such as site lighting and technology for the drive-thru. Many locations have included a modern design, utilizing the brand’s “Next Generation” concept. Each of these restaurants adheres to “DD Green Achievement” standards where engineers collaborate with franchisees in building sustainable, energy-efficient restaurants. Elements of these restaurants include LED lighting, high-efficiency mechanical equipment, and water-saving plumbing fixtures. On average, these restaurants are 33 percent more energy efficient compared to conventional Dunkin’ locations.
