Mi Cozumel - Lebanon, OH

Marque Engineering provided both shell drawings as well as TI drawings for this 6300 SF buildout of a 9000 SF outlot building in the 511 North Broadway development, which also included apartments and townhomes. This project incorporated the design features of a Mi Cozumel restaurant including power, LED and specialty lighting. Marque Engineering provided full MEP design as well as schematic fire protection drawings. The mechanical drawings included painted exposed spiral ductwork. Ionization was utilized on the rooftop units to facilitate a reduction in outside air while maintaining a positive pressure within the restaurant. The kitchen included two type I hoods for the kitchen equipment.
