This Latin inspired Mexican restaurant, located in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose development, is one of the chain’s five locations nationwide. This 6,300 square-foot restaurant consists of a “casual” bar and dining room with a capacity of 140 occupants which offers views into the kitchen. Working with the Boca Restaurant Group, Marque provided full-scale MEP engineering for the facility, which included working with the design team to provide state of the art lighting control schemes to power the facility. Additionally, the engineering team designed advanced HVAC systems to provide a comfortable setting that offers plenty of natural light and fresh air with its floor to ceiling operable windows that surround the space.
