The New Orleans’s style menu is full of a variety of spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, and other regional items. Marque Engineering has provided full-scale MEP Engineering for 20 new-builds and renovation projects across 6 U.S States. Typically, Marque Engineering’s site adaptation of these restaurant prototypes are very fast passed throughout the entire engineering, designing, and construction process. The engineering implementation includes designing the HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing of the facility. The team also takes the existing utilities and upgrades them as needed, as well as add a grease interceptor and a sanitary vent to the kitchen area if these are not already present.
