Located in Lebanon, Ohio, 511 North Broadway is a high-end living community with 28 townhomes and 88 apartment units. This $25 million development is part of Lebanon’s “Downtown Master Plan” for the redevelopment of the city. This plan is an effort to help attract citizens and bring a vibrant environment to the Lebanon area.

Marque Engineering provided full-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the entire project; it was completed in three phases.
During the design phase, we designed one apartment and then replicated this typical design for the other complexes. The townhomes have a unique design as there is a courtyard in the center of the complex, which we had to work around throughout the process.

Extensive coordination with civil engineers was required in all areas, specifically for the electrical engineering. Plumbing engineering included installing pipelines throughout all the facilities. The mechanical engineering included installing a split system HVAC for the facilities and water heaters above the units.

Areas of the development are expected to open in January of 2022, where residents will have 12 different floor plans to select from. Facility amenities include a clubhouse, coffee bar, meeting rooms, and detached garages available for rent. The community will also include 10,000 square feet of space for restaurants and other commercial uses.
