Berkshire Hathaway Home Services relocated to an existing 9000 square foot office in Mason, OH for their real estate division. Our engineering encompassed full MEP to transform the existing shell space into a modern open concept office. The floor layout included a large training room as well as individual offices. The open office area includes attractive and energy efficient LED lighting.
