Genetesis - Cincinnati, OH

This project was a TI scope for the existing Genetesis space expanding into the first floor. Our contract amount for this project was for the ≈8,500 SF space expansion. This was a full MEP tenant improvement scope. There was limited plumbing scope of connecting into existing services. The mechanical scope was to reuse the existing building VAV system and provide new ductwork with air devices as required per the layout. The power and lighting plans were all new and a new electrical panel was provided.
